  Contact our dedicated sleep specialists within 120 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.

  Verification & Approval

  Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue; our team will review the request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Schedule Pickup

  For large furniture items and mattresses, we will coordinate a professional white-glove removal service to pick up the product directly from your home.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
